  1. What are the accepted modes of payment?

 

We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/ Debit Cards through our secured payment gateway powered by Razorpay.

 

  1. Do you take Customizations?

 

Personalisations (adding text) are currently available on most products and you could do the same with the click of a button (choose your preferred options from dropdowns,  type out the text to be printed in the text box provided and you’re good to go). 

 

Customization orders (change in graphics, sizes, colour etc) can be placed for bulk orders only.  You could place your customized orders via Whatsapp (button provided on the below right corner of the website) or write to us at info@canvasdesignco.in

 

  1. Can I place bulk orders on the products?

 

Ofcourse, we have the capacity to deliver both medium and large sized orders – for weddings, small occasions, gift for clients or employees.  We cater to all the needs, including personalization for both small and large numbers.

  1. How do I give a feedback on the product?

 

It’s simple, just Log In and select the product you have purchased and write your feedback in the review section provided beside/ below the description.

 

  1. Does Canvas Design Co. have a physical store?

 

We are currently an online store, but hopefully with all your support, we shall welcome you to our physical stores too!

 

  1. How do I track my order?

 

After placing an order you would receive the order tracking details once the products are shipped.  The time taken to ship varies from product to product and is mentioned in the description section of every product.

 

  1. Do you have a Cash on Delivery Option?

 

To minimize unnecessary contact and have a smooth delivery, we do not take any Cash on Delivery orders. 

 

Moreover, most of our products are custom made just for you and therefore we do not prefer a Cash on Delivery to avoid any kind of unnecessary returns.  However, please note that in case you receive a wrong product or a defective product, we would be happy to replace the products for you at no additional cost.

 

  1. What is the estimated delivery time to receive an order?

 

For non-custom products the orders are dispatched in 2-4 days.  In case of personalized products, the dispatch time is 3-7 days. 

 

Please note, the transit time varies from city to city.  We are located in Mumbai and local deliveries generally take 1-2 days.  The Western region usually takes 2-3 days, the Eastern, Southern and Northern regions usually take 3-4 days (Tier I cities) and 4-6 days (Tier II and Tier III cities)

 

  1. What are the shipping charges?

 

Within India

We charge a shipping fee of Rs 70 for orders below Rs 1,500.  Shipping on any orders above Rs 1,500 is free.

 

Outside of India

Our international shipping charges are based on the delivery location.  The same will be displayed at checkout.

 

  1. Can we club two different discount codes while placing an order?

 

You can select one discount code as per your choice.  Clubbing multiple codes is not an option
